    Identify the Customer ...   the objective is to create a customer profile.
    Identify the Customer Need ...   the objective is to identify the customers' requirements. Develop a list, as if it were a menu, of products and services that the customer requires.
    Satisfy the Customer Need ...   the objective is to perform the necessary activities in an effort to meet the customer's required need.
    Monitor Need Satisfaction ...   the objective is to identify whether or not we are continually meeting the customer's expectations.
    Corrective Action Procedure ...   the objective is "if it's broke, fix it" and if it's not broke, improve it within the acceptable cost limits of its own improvement.
